So Maine decided to repeal the right for same sex couples to marry and i feel like i can't even breathe. it's hard for me to grasp the thought of living in a country that denies basic human rights. Marriage is a human right, it's not a heterosexual right. i know there's still a chance, that we as a country need to continue to work together to overturn the bans on same sex marriage. it's just difficult not to feel saddened and disturbed by the ignorance of people.
